Magnesia Zirconium Bricks

A special magnesite sinter with a controlled addition of  zirconium (ZrO₂∙SiO₂) are raw materials for these bricks. When fired, zirconium reacts with MgO by building a special matrix structure. The brick type is characterized by its resistance to alkalis and SO₂/SO₃. The preferred areas of application are regenerator chambers and glass melters.
